So reviewing as requested - definitely feels like again this really depends a lot on how this is going to be represented in ST8. From a Teradyne point of view it makes most sense to me to follow what you would have to do in STIL. So I would suggest the concept of Categories again, with one category specifying 'Spec' and the other 'Absolute Ratings'. From a coding point of view, it is convenient to be able to use 'Spec' as a base, and then override the values in subsequent categories as need to prevent duplication of data as much as possible.

@chrisnappi thanks for your review. What do you think about where to store the levels settings information regarding each power supply? I don't think using Origen::Parameters would work long term but am still not solid on an API for setting up levels sets and equations sets. Is there an Origen way to use as a model?
